Hotel Reservation

Rooms at Porto Palácio Hotel can be booked at special rates (single room 110€/night and double room 130€/night) using the registration form and sending it to InterVisa (see above).

Visa information

To obtain a Visa to attend this workshop, some embassies will request you to present a conference INVITATION LETTER. Organizing Commitee can only provide invitation letters for attendees who meet the following requirements:

Are the author/presenter of an accepted paper.
Have registered for the conference with payment.
