Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. Papers must contain original work not published or under revision elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field. Papers should be prepared following IEEE format (A4 paper format, double column and 10­pt fonts) up to 8 pages and must be submitted in PDF format.

Submission of Final Paper

• The final version of the paper should be prepared according to IEEE template (see templates above), can not exceed 8 pages and should be in PDF format.
• To submit the final version of your paper, please re-upload it to EDAS submission server.
• Register in EDAS all authors of the paper and the person presenting the paper.
• The presenter should update his/her Biography in EDAS.

Visa information

To obtain a Visa to attend this workshop, some embassies will request you to present a conference INVITATION LETTER. Organizing Commitee can only provide invitation letters for attendees who meet the following requirements:

• Are the author/presenter of an accepted paper.
• Have registered for the conference with payment.
